Data Retention and Deletion Policy

Records are retained as needed to provide the account and purchased workflows, preserve governed calculation and review history, investigate security or support issues, process payment and entitlement records, and meet legal, accounting, dispute, or fraud-prevention obligations.

Authenticated customers may use the account-deletion workflow. Deletion removes or de-identifies customer-linked records according to the implemented deletion service while retaining a non-PII deletion receipt and records that must remain for legitimate legal, payment, audit, or security purposes. Backup expiration and third-party processing may not be immediate. Deletion cannot remove information the customer independently supplied to another professional or authority.
