EA Review Terms

Enrolled Agent review is a separate review of the controlled, versioned packet made available by the platform. Review findings may confirm, warn about, request correction of, or recommend stopping a self-service workflow. The review scope is limited to the purchased review and available packet.

EA review does not itself create an engagement for IRS representation, authorize contact with the IRS, guarantee acceptance, or extend an official deadline. Additional facts or services may be required. Representation begins only after separate acceptance and required written engagement documents.
