Refund Policy

Refund eligibility depends on the purchased product, payment status, whether access or a deliverable has been provided, any displayed refund terms at checkout, and applicable law. Tax Titan Resolutions does not promise a refund merely because an estimated result is unfavorable or the IRS reaches a different decision.

Submit a refund request through the published support channel with the purchase reference. Do not send card numbers, bank credentials, Social Security numbers, IRS passwords, or tax documents. Approved refunds are returned through the original Stripe payment method; financial-institution timing is outside the platform’s control. Chargebacks and disputes may suspend the related entitlement while reviewed.
